Representatives Peter Koutoujian & Rachel Kaprielian Host Armenian Delegation at State House
Boston – Representatives Peter J. Koutoujian and Rachael Kaprielian hosted a delegation of Armenian policy makers at the State House this week. The visitors participated in the Mercy Corps Momentum Program, which emphasizes how to utilize leadership tools as a means to resolving conflict. Participants represented various sectors of public service, ranging from the Armenian National Assembly to minister aides as well as representatives from political parties, civil society and non-governmental organizations. A key focus of the meeting was to exchange insight and ideas on leadership and policy making.
